What does your interior world look like?

Is it a familiar kitchen, with the light falling just so on the table? A childhood bedroom you return to in dreams? A map whose edges shift as you walk it? Or perhaps a house with doors you’ve never opened?

This month in Thread & Thought, we’ll explore the theme of Mapping the Interior, thinking about home, the domestic, and the landscapes we carry within. These interiors can be literal (rooms, dwellings, or thresholds) or metaphorical (memory, dreams, the unfamiliar spaces inside us).

Together, we’ll look closely at artworks that play with these ideas and use them

as prompts for our own writing and reflection.

As always, the session is exploratory and low-pressure: part creative workshop, part shared pause in the week.
